In order to master our craft as creatives, we sometimes have to pause and sharpen the simple skills required to transform our work from good to great. Recently, we challenged our design team with a constraint exercise. And the results were amazing.

The goal output was a series of wall visuals to represent the culture of our tribe. We set the time constraints at two hours and limited the visuals to only simple design elements. This hyper focused lens introduced guardrails that not only made the design process flow better, but sped things up along the way!

Listed below are some of the guardrails within this experiment:

• Choose one color palette
• Pick a company value you find most important
• Pick one design element you want to work with
• Poster must be designed from start to finish within a 2 hour time limit, including printing.

The results are below as the Digital Telepathy values visualized in a poster series. If you are inspired by what you see feel free to download and print your own.
