dt and Joie de Vivre Partner to Increase Boutique Hotel Bookings!

We are thrilled to be working with Joie de Vivre hotels. Bill, Chuck and I recently flew up to San Francisco to meet with their team and experience a few of their amazing hotels. If you are not familiar with JDV, they are a boutique hotel company founded by Chip Conley. They have hotels throughout California including San Francisco, Orange County, Los Angeles and Sonoma. Each hotel is unique in style and character.

We began our experience and strategic process by booking different hotels throughout San Francisco. I stayed at the Phoenix Hotel, Bill at the Adagio and Chuck at the Laurel Inn. When we met with the JDV team we shared our booking and hotel-stay experiences as first time guests (Myself) and long-time brand enthusiasts (Chuck) . We will be working with them to increase hotel bookings and improve the user experience of selecting and comparing hotels. We are currently working on strategy and information architecture to create a seamless process that facilitates this need for all user types.

Joie de Vivre is an ideal client for us in that they share our  passions for design and user experience. We are really excited to partner with them and help them grow and evolve their website to match the joy and experience that their unique hotels bring to their customers.
