I'm actually creating a second website that utilizes horizontal scroll w/ fixed navigation and background. Also a point to add is that is it just doesnt stop at websites style or creation. Its being used as a tool to help users interact or share their content easier. For example, the diggbar, twitter and feedback badges, and the fixed footer sort of like http://abduzeedo.com/ where you can share all the content pertaining to the site w/ other social networking sites. Weird how things recreate themselves and find there ways back to good use again :) I’m starting to agree with this more and more.
