NY Post: AOL-MSN Merger Talks Underway

Time Warner and Microsoft are in advanced talks over Microsoft’s buying of a stake in America Online, according to a New York Post report citing two unnamed sources, who also say AOL would then be merged into MSN, writes Reuters. Microsoft would pay Time Warner for the AOL stake, with the two companies becoming equal partners in the venture, the Post said.
