Account Executive

The Account Executive works directly with the sales team to ensure that our clients are up-to-date on project specifics, deadlines and manages client expectations. The AE is a support role for sales and production, and while not expected to call on or close sales deals, will assist in writing and formatting proposals, setting sales appointments and managing communication for the account from start to completion.

The AE will communicate the progress and results of the project to the client, and will provide customer support and troubleshooting to the client if needed.

The ideal candidate has a background in managing multiple web projects simultaneously and experience working with clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage communication between client and team (sales and production)
• Manage client expectations
• Conduct client calls and meetings
• Work closely with the client to cultivate a fun relationship of trust and respect
• Identify and address account issues
• Proposal writing and document formatting
• Manage and coordinate post-sales client documentation and sign-off by clients
• Answer early stage sales questions from clients regarding dt practices and capabilities
• Work with the design and development departments to ensure projects are on time and progressing
• Identify ongoing project opportunities with current clients
• Manage deliverables and expectations of our partner companies
• Act as a day-to-day contact for client
• Be responsible to further educate yourself and establish more capabilities

Requirements:
