UI Development Internship

With this internship you have the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of Web 2.0 development and work with fun and innovative people who are just as passionate about the web as you are.
You will be trained in:
- Email formatting for proper delivery
- Coding standards for XHTML 1.0 Strict compliance
- Coding for degradation
- Separation of markup, code and style
- Flowchart, prototyping and usability testing concepts

Qualifications:
- Experience hand coding web front-ends using XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of W3C Standard (XHTML Strict), Section 508 and DDA standards
- Ability to integrate multiple libraries and API's
- Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, Visio, Macromedia Flash
- (Bonus- PHP, AJAX , Flash 7+ , Semantic Coding, Ruby on Rails)
- (Bonus- Experience with .ASP, mySQL, SQL, and web server administration is an added bonus) Please include your experience with these products in your cover letter
Required Hours:
- 20 hours a week
- This internship is unpaid but will give college credits
