UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer and Strategist

We are looking for an awesome person to join our team.  You’ll work on both exciting and challenging projects, both internal and client-facing.  We are a fun company of hard-working individuals who are on a mission to improve the design of the web.

Technical Qualifications

  • You have significant experience creating effective UX/UI designs across a broad variety of goal-driven environments (i.e. mobile applications, e-commerce, web applications, complex dashboards, data visualization systems, etc)
  • Adobe Creative Suite is your playground (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • You understand and can build use cases and user flows
  • You have experience planning and executing both redesign and new-concept design projects, from start to finish
  • A “creative brief” is not just fancy underwear to you
  • You’ve created style guides and have worked on logo design and branding
  • You have a solid understanding of product, user engagement and brand strategies
  • Your design is well thought out, purposeful and has intent
  • You have the ability to show other designers how to carry your vision in a project

Bonus

  • You are familiar with analytics and have some experience with design refinement for conversions.
