Non-cohesive look and feel across the web causing a diluted brand identity.
Each Hard Rock Hotel has a rock-and-roll identity all their own, but to support and build the brand, they needed a unified presence on the web.
As a franchise model, all of the Hard Rock Hotels are owned and operated by different managers with different ideas and goals. Each of the websites had a different look and feel that caused a dilution of the overall Hard Rock brand and separateness for each of the brand’s hotels.
Corporate wanted a cohesive look for all properties, but had a difficult time finding a style that would appeal to all of the owners in different markets. digital-telepathy was hired by the Chicago Hard Rock Hotel for a complete website redesign and the new look was so well received that corporate took immediate notice and knew that they had finally found a look that they could roll out company wide.

Hard Rock Hotels corporate initiated a push to all of their hotels to follow suite with Chicago and revamp their website with the new dt created design. Hard Rock Hotel Chicago who first implemented the new look by digital-telepathy integrated with the MICROS based hotel booking system used by Hard Rock. Soon after this implementation, the template was distributed to all the Hard Rock Hotel branches who implemented the dt look and feel by their respective web development teams.
The new website design provided a consistent web-presence that truly reflected Hard Rock’s kick-ass identity. This unified look and feel generated immediate buzz and, coupled with dt driven marketing initiatives generated a 2,310% ROI.
