We were hired by ZipWeb to create a new user experience for the ZipWeb site to increase user retention and improve site usage.The resulting research and the new direction provided by us has turned into a new company wide business strategy and a complete marketing and messaging campaign. ZipWeb is local search designed to exclusively support small and local businesses providing visibility and recognition to these often overlooked gems of the community.
