As Founder and CEO of digital-telepathy, Chuck applies his passion for technology and entrepreneurial arsenal to design unique online business strategy and revenue models for client projects. Chuck leads the charge of the dt brand as an advocate of social capital, karmic business, design for change and community.
His past experience includes emerging technology consulting during the dot com boom for Arthur Andersen. Sealing deals for !hey inc with brands such as HP, Microsoft and Marriott. For better or worse, Chuck decided to start digital-telepathy from the ashes of the dot com bust in 2001 and has delivered 100%+ growth on an annual basis.

Bill Bonnefil

Bill is the co-founder and creative director of digital-telepathy. He has spent the past 25+ years getting a handle on his own creative mind and now brings that wisdom and experience to you. His unique understanding of creative processes both unleash and focus innovation thinking into something that is effective and truly productive.
Bill has worn the hat of designer, developer, and programmer during his careers in traditional ad agencies and .coms. He was brought on as a specialist to build the internet department at KB&D Advertising, working with clients like Little Ceasar’s, Arbor (now CVS) Drugstores, and Bally’s Fitness. Later Bill became one of the founding members of the iExplore.com team, designing and building the website which was chosen to partner with National Geographic for adventure and experiential travel needs. Bill’s current roles call on him to create innovative strategies, user experiences, marketing campaign concepts, and a variety of random big ideas that scatter themselves across his desk in post-it note form.

Arnold Yoon

As Director of Operations for digital-telepathy, Arnold spends time in many areas of the house of dt. Being a ”family man,“ he is dedicated to making life good for the company, whether it be watering plants or reviewing contracts. A believer in the triple-bottom line philosophy of doing business, Arnold is dedicated to balance in all aspects of work and in life.
As a longtime IT pro and technologist, he uses critical thinking and problem solving skills to guide the operations of dt. Possessing a degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Arnold’s past experience includes work with Abbott Laboratories and being an “IT jack of all trades” at The Options Clearing Corporation. In addition, Arnold was a partner in a private IT consultancy in the Chicagoland area, serving a variety of professional firms.

Staci Gingery
Director of Business Development

Staci Gingery, our Director of Business Development, brings over 15 years experience working with start-ups, including CollegeClub.com, SignOnSanDiego.com and Active.com. Most recently, Staci served as Director of Business Development at AddVenture Products, growing the business over 30% in one year, and as Business Development Manager at VMIX Media, securing clients such as Burton Snowboards and Penguin Publishing.
Bitten by the start-up bug early, Staci realized that working with entrepreneurs and visionaries was a perfect fit, and appropriately now calls dt home. When not focusing her attention on business development and strategic partnerships, Staci will be unreachable by phone on an island in a tropical paradise, in a jewelry market in India or in a jungle hanging out with an ape.

Dave Shepard
Lead User Interface Developer

As the Lead User Interface Developer, Dave uses his development and interaction design experience to help create the most usable and innovative web interfaces. He works closely with the development, design, and marketing teams to strategize the most effective interface layouts. He has had extensive experience in front-end scripting, layout architecture, and interface development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts with an emphasis in Web Design from Platt College of Graphic Design, San Diego and graduated with honors at the top of his class. In his off-time Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and when occasion permits, visiting the land of Azeroth on the back of a flaming hell-steed - a unique juxtaposition to his off-line life.

Alex is a strategic marketer that loves taking unconventional approaches to connecting businesses with potential customers. He has a strong belief that marketing is all about communication and relationship building and the M-word is all too often a macro-buzzword used to sell bad products. Alex’s attraction to the web comes from his own experiences to effortlessly discover, educate, entertain and share through web 2.0 internet technologies. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in Communication Studies and a lot of credits towards music and business. When he is not at work Alex enjoys a strenuous yoga class, pick-up lacrosse game and sipping on a fine Belgian Ale while rooting for his home teams in Boston.

John Botica

John is a web developer at digital-telepathy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts with an emphasis in Web Design from Platt College of Graphic Design, San Diego and graduated with honors at the top of his class. During his education he interned at digital-telepathy as a developer/support specialist, which then lead to a full-time position upon graduation. On a day to day basis he is always learning and growing in his knowledge of the web, which is a must! When not working John enjoys tilting back a pint at the pub, playing games, collecting random pieces of armor and weapons from the past, helping Dave in Azeroth (after all he is a Gnome and needs all the help he can get), and most of all spending time with his wife Amy.

Dan is a User Interface Designer at digital-telepathy. With a background in studio art at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Dan decided to move to San Diego to pursue a career in web design. His daily tasks mainly consist of UI design and branding. When not on illustrator or photoshop, he is probably on facebook or searching design galleries. Dan embraces his artistic background and is constantly looking for new sources of inspiration as well as staying up to date with the latest trends. Relatively new to the “real world,” Dan loves the challenges presented to him and the learning experiences that they bring. When not working, Dan enjoys morning surfing, weekend snowboarding at Big Bear, and golfing.
Matt Lackey
Web & Identity Designer

Matt is a designer at digital-telepathy. He is preparing to graduate from San Diego State with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Multimedia design in May of 2009. After starting out as an intern, Matt is now working as a part-time member of the team. He utilizes his formal training in multimedia as well as print design to assist with some of the web and identity projects. When Matt is not behind a computer in the office he's trying to survive his final year at SDSU, tasting the extensive collection of local brews with friends or enjoying quality time on his couch in front of his TV.
