15Five is an innovative tool for communication that facilitates transparency and visibility within a team. Their clients include companies such as, MailChimp, Warby Parker, and HubSpot. They chose Digital Telepathy (DT) as a partner because our flexible design subscription makes it easy to work on small product iterations or scale-up resources for larger projects.
DT designed the in-app experience that allows managers to write custom questions that their teams answer weekly in just 15 minutes. Managers then take 5 minutes to engage and provide feedback and those conversations transform into meaningful action. We use the product in-house, and the information it surfaces helps our team evolve and get better.
We designed their marketing site, as well. Our goal was to highlight the simplicity of the app and the transparency it provides.
